ROE
1: If you have a gun pointed at your head or body you may not pull out your weapon.
2: To leave the town you must have permission from a Senior Taliban or higher
3:To raid US Russian or UN Base you must have a Caliph with you
4:Do not fire unless fired upon
5:If a Russian or American soldiers are in the town you can fire upon them if they are searching building
